Description

The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to extend, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a bridge contract with Roche Diagnostics who currently supplies the DoD Drug Program with Amphetamine reagent kits under a contract N62645-08-D-5001. The current contract expires 22 April 2008.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>The proposed extension to the bridge contract will have a Period of Performance of 23 April 2008 to 22 Oct 08. The bridge contract is concluded when the Amphetamine reagent kit resolicitation is awarded. The bridge contract shall be placed in anticipation of the award of a requirements contract resulting from competitive solicitation, N62645-07-R-0023. Roche Diagnostics shall provide Amphetamine reagent kits for the drug labs located in San Diego, CA; Jacksonville, FL; Great Lakes, IL; Brooks City-Base, TX; Fort Meade, MD; and Tripler AMC, HI. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafied capability to fulfill the requirements.
