- THIS IS A SYNOPSIS/PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This solicitation will not be released until on or about 23 April 2008. Official release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the internet at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) web site located at the following address: https//acquisition.army.mil. The on-line version of the RFP includes all docum ents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of this RFP will be issued, and no mailing list will be maintained because the acquistion will be posted on the above website. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The c omplete solicitation package, including amendments should be received and reviewed prior to submittin g a response. The proposal will be submitted in hard copy form only. No electronic submission of proposals will be accepted. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be issued on or about 23 April 2008. The solicitation will contain the actual due date for receipts of the offers . All respondents shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR),have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number.
