Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Headquarters (NAVFACHQ) intends to award a follow-on task order under the anticipated GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract to L-3 Com Titan Systems Corporation AMS Division. The current FSS Number is GS-35F-5396H. The task ordering agreement will be for developing scenarios to fulfill operational requirements documents, identifying additional work effects of environmental and hydrographics on Ready-to-Operate hardware and incorporating actual test data into the Naval Maritime Prepositioning Forces Staff Planning (NMPFSP) tool. NMPFSP was developed by Titan Corporation under contract to the Navy Facilities Engineering Command Strategic Sealift Program Office (NAVFAC SSPO) to support a requirement that the Naval Beach Groups (NBG) be able to plan and execute Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF) operations in both MPF and Joint Logistics Over the Shore (JLOTS) operational environments. NMPFSP includes an inventory of current shi ps, lighterage and sea connectors and associated capabilities that affect throughput, and includes the capability to include the environmental and hydrographic dynamics that affect vehicle, container and cargo throughput. This task ordering agreement shall be for one year with up to four option years for a subject matter expert and systems analyst. The value is estimated to not exceed $150,000 per year.
