- Description
- Notification is provided of the intention of the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) to issue on a sole source award for a firm fixed price simplified acquisition procure ment purchase order to Biota of North America Program (BONAP)located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304?(1). This order is to acquire an electronic database version of phytogeographic and nomenclatural update to the Natio nal Wetland Plant List (NWPL). The database shall incorporate the most recent taxonomic and nomenclatural applications within the update for the estimated 8,000 wetland plant names currently in the PLANTS database. BONAP shall provide a copy of the most r ecent listing of the NWPL from its own fields as structured from the 1996 Natinal Wetlands List(NWL) obtained from the US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS).
