- This solicitation will contain one NSN 1640-01-415-8700 for Wire Rope Assembly,Single Leg used on Heavy Equipment Truck Tractor, M1070. This solicitation will be for award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. This solicitation is being solicited, unrestricted, other than full and open competition. This is not a commercial item. FOB: Destination. Inspection/Acceptance, Origin. Requested delivery is 79 days ARO. Sole source item to Wireco Worldgroup (80967) P/N SA516-8. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, l998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
