Description

M151 Spotting Scope NSN 1240-01-D17-0373 Part number 13010591 Guaranteed Quantity of 2120 each of the M151 System with a 100% option on this full and open competition solicitation. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is March 26, 2008. Qu alification procedures are available for the following source controlled drawing, drawing number 13010591. Therefore these source controlled parts must be obtained only from the approved sources on the drawings; and no alternative sources will be allowed f or these specified source controlled parts. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore hard copies will not be provided. This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render yo ur bid or proposal nonresponsive and will result in rejection of the same.
