- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to publicize a reques t for competitive proposals on an unrestricted basis for non-personal services. Solicitation number W912JM-08-R-0009 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The NAICS code is 561621 and the following commercial services are being requested in t his solicitation; 0001- Functional Program Support and Oversight of Technical Protection Programs/Protective Design and Electronic Security Programs. AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF GEORGIA, as detailed in attached Statement of Work. It is t he responsibility of the interested parties to review this site and the National Guard Contracting website frequently for any updates / amendments to any and all documents. No individual notification of any amendments will be provided. All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing. All vendors must register and obtain copies of this solicitation at www.nationalguardcontracting.org. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instr uctions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Proposals will be evaluated and a contract will be awarded to the offereor who offers the best value in accordance with the outlined evaluation factors detailed in the Statement of Work for this requirement. The provi sion at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52. 212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration; DFARS 2 52.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders; DFARS 252.225- 7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. All responsible proposals will be considered.
