Description

NAICS 238160-Repair rubber membrane roof at the Federal Building/Courthouse, 655 1st Ave. N., Fargo, North Dakota. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on February 1, 2008. Work to be completed in 60 days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. Payment bond is required. This solicitation may be available on the internet http://www.fbo.gov. Drawings will not be available on the internet. To obtain drawings, submit a request (fax or email) to the Contracting Officer listed. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. This procurement is full and open competition.
