- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. This acquisition is being conducted with commercial procedures outlined at FAR 12. Solicitation Number H92240-08-T-RG02 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. Note #1 applies. SIC: 2976 NAICS: 331111 with a size standard of 1,000 Employees. All responsible business may submit a quote tht shall be considered. The quote must clearly show that the items offered are adequate and available. F.O.B. Destination. All quotes must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 10 days after the date of publication of this notice. All potential offerors must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR). Description: Qty: 130 each, 3/8"x96"x48" AR-400 Plates. This acquisition incorporates the following FAR clauses: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Jan 2004); 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Jan 2004) must be completed and submitted along with the quote in accordance with 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Jan 2004).
