Description

" Contracting Office Address: " The Department of Interior, National Park Service, Contracting Services Division, 12795 W. Alameda Parkway, Denver, CO 80225 " Description: " The Department of the Interior, National Park Service, has a need for Title III Architect - Engineering Services during Construction of the Panorama Comfort Station and Related Site Work at Shenandoah National Park, VA. The requirement is for Title III architect-engineering services throughout the length of the contract for the construction of a comfort station and installation of domestic and fire water lines. This procurement is being procured on a sole-source basis through GWWO Inc., the designer of record for the comfort station and site work. Authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The value of this requirement is under $100,000. The requirement falls under NAICS Code 541310.
