- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Tallahassee, Florida intends to issue solicitation RFQ31402-0011-8 for the requirement of Quarterly Subsistence-Dairy Products & Eggs. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination. Delivery Dates will begin April 2008 through June 30, 2008, (Delivery Schedules will be in the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, Warehous, 501 Capital Circle N.E., Tallahassee, Florida 32301. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 24, 2008, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is March 14, 2008. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required by FAR 52.212-13 to complete their representations and certifications via On-line representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
