Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number TGT-32030-08-0037 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23. This order is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business qualified companies. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 423990 and the size standard is 100 employees. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) has a requirement for Small Arms Ammunition. The products needed are .357 SIG 125 grain Gold Dot Hollow Point Ammunition in the quantity of 96,000 (96 cases of 1,000). Award will be based on technically compliant, low price.
