Description

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved source is Honeywell International (99866) P/N 10800-2. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. NSN 6625-01-474-9706. Item Description: Spectrum Analyzer. Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number: is Honeywell International (99866) P/N 10800-2. Quantity: 10 to be delivered in 60 days with an option quantity of 20 and price breaks covering quantities of 1 to 15. Unit of Issue: Each. The FOB point and Inspection and Acceptance points are Destination.
