- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 7,672 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 6,672 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE AND 9 RESERVED PARKING SPACES WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Space shall be located within a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Space shall be ready for occupancy no later than November, 2008. The offered space must be located on the second floor or higher. The offered building must have the ability to offer an additional 3 reserved parking spaces over the course of the lease term. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years firm. DELINEATED AREA: Within the townships of Bridgewater, Lakeville, Middleboro, Raynham and Taunton, further delineated as being within a 3 mile radius of exits 5, 6 and 7 off of I-495. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN JULY 21, 2007 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) Legal description 3) Drawing of space offered. 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered 6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
