- This is a market survey to locate additional sources of supply for a COMMERCIAL 28VDC Power Supply, NSN 6120-01-508-1787. This 28VDC PWR Supply is used in approximately 750ea Electronic Maintenance Repair Shelters, AN/ASM-146( ), throughout the wo rld. It converts the 60Hz, 120/208VAC, 3-phase input power to 28VDC electrical power, available to each of the workstations at the 28VDC electrical posts. PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a market survey to located additional sources of supply to design/develop a 28VDC Power Supply, again, it is for a commercially available 28VDC Power Supply. The present commercial 28VDC PWR Supply that is being used inside all AN/ASM-146 Shelters is P/N #DLM 32-95EM27, as manufactured by Sorensen/Elgar at http://www .elgar.com/. Applicable features, specifications, and Technical Diagrams for this 28VDC Power Supply are available at this URL. Additional Sources of supply for a 28VDC PWR Supply must offer a commercially available 28VDC PWR Supply that is an equ al substitute for form/fit/function parameters to P/N #DLM 32-95EM27. Interchangeability shall exist in electrical input/output interface cables, to allow easy plug-in with existing cables that are inside the AN/ASM-146 Shelters. Interchangeability sha ll also exist in fit , so that the replacement 28VDC PWR Supply will fit exactly in the designated compartment of the electrical rack that is inside the AN/ASM-146 Shelters. The offerer shall also provide a comparable 5-year warranty on each unit, simila r as is provided by Sorensen for #DLM 32-95EM27. This acquisition will be for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with 2 option years. Overall range quantities for each year range from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 4 5. CECOM will be reviewing this acquisition to determine if it is suitable for Full and Open Competition, or Sole-source. If you are interested in participating in this acquisition, please indicate your size status, Large or Small Business. If Small Business, please indicate the appropriate categories of Small Business that apply to your firm, i.e., Small Disadvantaged 8(a), Woman Owned, HUBZone, or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned. You must also provide all supporting equipment specifications d ata/documents for your proposed 28VDC Power Supply, and provide any supporting technical documentation to verify/prove that your proposed commercial equipment is equal to the #DLM 32-95EM27, as explained above. The burden of proof is on the offeror to pr ove that their commercial equipment satisfies the above form/fit/function requirement.
