Description: The US Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Insight Management Consulting to provide two (2) Crucial Conversation Courses for FY 2008 course dates including March 4-6 and August 12-14, 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. Note 22 is modified to read 5 days in lieu of 45 days.
