Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to provide trash removal for inedible garbage, cardboard and other recyclable paper products from VA Medical Center, Providence, RI; 830 chalkstone Ave, Providence, RI. This project is subject to the Service Contract Act. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS code is 562111 and the size standard is $11.5 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors include price and past performance/similar experience. The solicitation package will be available on or about January 16, 2008. The date for receipt of quotations is scheduled for January 30, 2008 at 12:00 noon. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
