- The Division of Engineering Services is seeking qualifications statements (SF-330) from Architect and Engineering (AE) firms for consideration on a design project on the Tulalip Indian Reservation, approximately 35 miles north of Seattle, WA. Primary employees of the A/E firm and any subcontractors they will be using must be registered in Washington state.
