SOLICITATION NO.: W912DW-08-R-0014 TITLE: Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for - Non-Recurring Maintenance, Repair and Preventive Maintenance Services for Fort Lewis and its Sub-installations PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Fort Lewis, Washin gton and its sub-installations and other Department of Defense (DoD) installations in Washington state. RESPONSE DATE: on or about 15 March 2008 FSC CODE: Z- Maintenance, Repair or Alteration of Real Property SET-ASIDE: Small Business Competit ive Set-Aside NAICS CODE: 561210 SIC CODE: 8744 POINT OF CONTACT: Gayle Hanson (vilma.g.hanson@usace.army.mil) PHONE: (253) 966-4372 The Seattle District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers currently has a Small Business set-aside requirement for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support Fort Lewis Public Works and its sub-installations. Up to five (5) Small Business contractors will be selected for this contract. The MATOC will consist of a one-year base period with a shared ca pacity among all awarded contractors of not-to-exceed (NTE) $2M as well as two one year optional periods with a NTE amount of $1.5 million per year for each optional year. The total shared capacity of base plus all potential options shall not exceed $5M. Individual task orders will vary in size, not to exceed (NTE) $500,000.00 of varying size and complexity. Tasks may include NON RECURRING SERVICES for grounds work and repair e.g., tree trimming, brush removal and site cleanup; facility cleaning and sa nitizing e.g., floors, latrines, mechanical systems service e.g., adjustments, balancing, and cleaning; HVAC and heating system maintenance, access Control Barrier repairs and maintenance; domestic systems service, repairs and cleaning, equipment dismantl ing, relocation, and reassembly; furnishing dismantling, relocation and reassembly; facility, equipment, and installation system surveys. Surveys, mostly mechanical and other service work as required that is not inclusive of Davis Bacon wage rates. The MA TOC will not be used for AE services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, labor and other items and services necessary to accomplish the task. The NAICS code for this project is 561210. Competiti on for this procurement is limited to eligible small business concerns. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its average annual gross receipts are $32.5 million or less In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 al l firms must be registered with the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) prior to award of any government contract.
