- This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Social Security Administration, Region V, is issuing a Request For Quotations (RFQ) for contractor provided verbatim hearing recordings of disability hearings for the Office of Disability Review and Adjudication (ODAR) at various locations in the States of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561492. The size standard is $6.5 million. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The RFQ is posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov and is available for downloading. Paper copies of this RFQ will not be available. All responsible small business offerors may submit an offer which shall be considered. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award. All offers must be submitted by mail to the Regional Contracting Office at the address specified in the RFQ package. Fax copies of offers will not be accepted.
