This set is the state of the are for repairing small bone fractures , allowing for faster and more efficient management of the fracture while the patient is under anesthesia. Due to the nature of the size of the screws in this system, the surgeons request the use of this set regularly. Maintaining this set in house would increase quality and quantity of patient care and allow the sterility of the set to be maintained to our regular standards. This item will be used in the operating room in conjunction with any items required from this set for the surgery. The Depuy Orthop aedics Inc is the only vendor meets these requirements. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past perform ance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
