PRON: AX7F5064AX, NSN: 5305-01-236-3097, PN: 7-311160044-3, QUANTITY: Min: 400 each/Max: 700 each - 3 year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumberlan d, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to JACO Engineering, Cage Code 1H427 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., Cage Code 8V613, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Production lead-time with First Article Testing is 400 each due 315 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production lead-time without First Article Testing is 400 each, due 210 DACA. Production lead-time with Alternate II Clause is 400 each, due 263 DACA. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above ar e encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may su bmit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EX ECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. NOTES: 23 and 26.
