- Solicitation Registration Any prospective bidder interested in bidding on this solicitation must register to be placed on the plan holders list. If you are not registered, the United States government is not responsible for providing you wit h notifications of any changes to this solicitation. Synopsis The USACE Memphis District has the requirement for the Contractor to furnish all labor and materials to sandblast the Tulsa Crane Barge in accordance with solicitation W912EQ-08-T- 0017. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates Wage Determination No. 05-2495 REV (06). This is a 100% EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE procurement. The associated NAICS code is 423860. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensu re receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation to include all charges. Response to this solicitation must be received via email, fax, mail, or delivery by 08 February 2008 no later than 11:00 AM CST a t 167 North Main Street B202, Memphis, TN 38103.
