- Furnish all labor, material, supplies, equipment, and personnel to perform grounds maintenance at Fort Knox, Kentucky, during the period 1 April 2008 through 31 March 2009, with two one-year option periods. This requirement is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB). Requirement will be solicited by Invitation for Bids (IFB). The NAICS code is 561730; the size standard is $6.5M. The solicitation will be posted to the Fort Knox Contracting Website at http://doc.knox.army.mil on or about 31 January 2008 with bids due on or about 4 March 2008. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the webiste periodically for amendments. Paper copies of the solicitatio n or amendments will not be issued. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award of a contract. Bids will not be accepted by email or facsimile.
