- This is a sources sought notification. Please do not submit proposals. The VA Medical Center, seeks to replace windows in five (5) buildings at the VA Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to accomplish the replacement of all windows and louvers in Building Nos. 16, 19, 26, 27, and 28, as clarified on contract drawings containing the windows schedule (Units not included will be noted as such). The work includes demolition, removal of existing steel and aluminum windows, removal of existing fixed and operable louvers; installation of new aluminum window units with thermal break; installation of new louvers; removal of existing exhaust fans and installation of some new exhaust fans; some electrical work; painting; caulking; insulation work; and clean-up. All work shall be in accordance with drawings and specifications. Interested parties should submit a letter of interest to Elizabeth R.
