- The VA Heartland Network 15 is looking for firms that are SDVOSB or VOSB in NAICS code 485991 to provide taxi transportation services to beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, St. Louis, MO. Please note that this is not a request for proposals, but is only seeking information to determine if there are enough SDVOSB or VOSB for a set-aside.
