- X---Murfreesboro, TN United States Government Seeks Expressions of Interest for 78,025 Net Usable Square Feet of Warehouse Space in Murfreesboro, TN VA is seeking to lease approximately 78,025 net usable square feet of light industrial/warehouse space for use by VA as a Pharmaceutical Distribution Center to be located between Nashville and Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The building/space must be on a single floor, contiguous, with an open floor plan, and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. The building must be constructed of masonry or concrete, steel buildings are not acceptable. On-site parking for 160 vehicles is required. Location: To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area: Northern Boundary: State Route 174 & State Route 25 between Interstate 65 and State Route 53 Eastern Boundary: State Route 53 between Highway 64 and State Route 25 Southern Boundary: Highway 64 between Highway 64 and State Route 25 Western Boundary: Interstate 65 between State 174 and Highway 64 Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. Term: A lease for up to 20 years will be considered. Expressions of Interest: VA staff will conduct a market survey of properties offered for lease. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) shall submit two (2) copies of specific information (e.g. site utilities, zoning classification, area amenities, etc.) concerning their properties, including building/space name and address, square feet available, and rate per NUSF by February 8, 2008. Net usable square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules and public corridors, and public toilets required by local code.
