Description: This is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Small Business Set-Aside.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this n otice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911W4-08-6587VG is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The inco rporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-21.
