Description

All work necessary to fabricate and deliver intake gate roller train components to the Bull Shoals Powerplant, near Mountain Home, Arkansas. The work includes 14 assembled intake roller chains for seven penstock head gates. The components required per gate are 278 rollers, 278 pins, 556 link plates, 556 retaining rings, and 1112 teflon washers. A total of 10 pairs of link plates 12 inches in length with one hole each are also required. Shop assemply of the 14 chains is required prior to shipping. Installation will be performed by the Government. See the Solicitation Scope of Work and Drawings for additional details. This procurement is unrestricted. Period of Performance is 150 days from date of award. Delivery is FOB Destination. NAICS is 332 999, size standard is 500 employees. A Solicitation will be issued on or about 22-Jan-2008. Anticipated date of award is 29-Feb-2008. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
