Description: This notice is for an A-76 Standard Competition at the Armys Sierra Army Depot (SIAD) at Herlong, California an Installation of the U. S. Army's TACOM under the U. S. Army Materiel Command (AMC). The SIAD Garrison Management support services consi dered for study under A-76 as implemented by AR 20-5 includes Directorate of Base Support (Public Works), and Office of Supply and Maintenance Operations. The Service Provider shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, and any other items and se rvices necessary to perform the following functions: Directorate of Base Support (Public Works), and Office of Supply and Maintenance Operations. Services will be performed at Sierra Army Depot (SIAD) at Herlong, California. The period of performance for the proposed action is one (1) base year with nine (9) option years for a potential of ten (10) years total. The solicitation for this effort, W56HZV-08-R-A005, and all associated information are posted on the TACOM home page on the World Wide Web at the following site: http://contracting.tacom.army.mil/installationsupport/sada76/A76.htm The Government will post any amendments to the solicitation at this site as well as answers to any industry-generated questions.
