Description

The United States Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command, Warren, Michigan (TACOM LCMC-Warren) will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) Family of Vehicles (FoV) Technology Development (TD) phase. The Government intends to award two or more Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contracts with a period of performance of approximately 27 months. This RFP is being issued on a full and open competition basis. The RFP contains FOUO export controlled and classified i nformation. Instructions for requesting this information are located on the JLTV website. The estimated release date of RFP is 31 January 2008. A preproposal conference will tentatively be held 19-21 February 2008 in the Warren, MI area. The estimated due date for Receipt of Proposals is 60 days after the RFP is issued. The complete RFP solicitation, scope of work, Purchase Description (PD), Annexes, Attachments, preproposal information and other associated information will be posted at the JLTV websit e on the TACOM Warren Procurement Network (PROCNET) at the following address: http://contracting.tacom.army.mil/majorsys/jltv/jltv.htm All future announcements and information will be posted to the JLTV website. Offerors are responsible to periodic ally review and monitor the JLTV website to ensure they have the most current information for this solicitation.
