- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following annual maintenance: Tipping Point 200 annual maintenance, mfg part # 3CS-EXP7N-R59, quantity 1; Tipping Point 1200 annual maintenance, mfg part # 3CS-EXP7N-R61, quantity 1; Tipping Point 400 annual maintenance, mfg part # 3CS-EXP7N-R61, quantity 1; Tipping Point SMS Annual maintenance, mfg part # 3CS-EXP7N-R56. Period of performance to be from time of award until Sept ember 30, 2008, followed by 4 option years. Simplified acquistion procedures will be utilized. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Quotes are due January 25, 2008 by 10:00am PST, or earlier, and may be e-mailed or f axed to 805-594-6348.
