- MARKET RESEARCH - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Objective: This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice to obtain availability of companies which can provide Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) Services for the Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC)at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The Air Force is conducting a market research survey of industry to determine potential vendors who have the knowledge or potential capability to perform these services. Based on a review of industry response to this sources sought notice, the government will determine the appropriate acquisition strategy. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to manage, test, calibrate, repair, modify, certify and perform Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) services as defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Services shall be provided for the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC) including tenants and other off-base activities as specified by the government on the FEM TMDE inventory listing. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability of potential business sources capable of accomplishing the PMEL requirements stated in the attached statement of work. The government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bid or proposals, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a competitive contract. It is requested that interested parties provide a brief capabilities statement package or presentation (no more than 10 pages, double-sided, single-spaced, 12 point font minimum)demonstrating their ability to meet and execute the requirements set forth in the attached statement of work. This documentation shall address prior and current corporate experience demonstrating understanding, through similar experience, of the requirements listed in the attached statement of work. In addition, please provide the following information: (1)Your company profile with number of employees, (2)Statement regarding whether your company is a large or small business (if small business, indicate any special designated category such as SDVOSB, Hubzone, 8(a), etc.), (3) Cage Code, (4) DUNS Number, (5) NAICS Codes, (6) Statement of interest in this notice as a prime contractor or seeking subcontractor possibilities.
