- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army RDECOM, Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, intends to award a sole source contract to Planning Systems Inc., 12030 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite 400, Reston Plaza Drive 1, Reston VA 2019 1, to Provide eight (8) baseline Soldier Wearable Acoustic Targeting systems ( SWATS ). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Information received will be considere d solely for the purpose of competitive procurement in the future. Interested Parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail. No solicit ation package is available. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System for this procurement is 334419.
