- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and no other solicitation document will be issued. Request For Proposal (RFP) number HSCG44-07-R-THA632C is assigned for tracking purposes only. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20. The US Coast Guard Command and Control Engineering Center (C2CEN) Portsmouth VA. intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase of items as follows: 135 each PN#PEB-7703GA Motherboard. 270 each PN#MMDR512-266 Memory Module 270. 135 each PN#CPI42.8GPE Inter PGS478 2.8GHz,512K, 533 FSB CPU . 135 each PN#ACFANP478 Pentium 4 CPU Heat Sink and FAN for 478Form Factor. Due to the issue of compatibility with our existing components, this Contract is incorporating First Article Government Testing for all items. The Contractor shall Assemble all of the components to make up Units. One (1) Unit consist of 1 each of PN#PEB-7703GA , and 2 each of PN#MMDR512-266, and 1 each of PN#CPI42.8GPE, and 1 each of PN#ACFANP478. The Assembled Unit shall be compatible as described below.
