Description

Furnish all management, supervision, labor, supplies (except government furnished supplies), materials, equipment and tools required to effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily perform Janitorial Services for the Bureau of Land Management, Miles City Field Office, located at 111 Garryowen Road, west of Miles City, Montana. The complex consists of three (3) buildings; 1) Main Building, 2) Fire Building, 3) Operations Building. Janitorial services are to be performed so that buildings are clean for use at the beginning of each work day, Monday through Friday, except for Government holidays. Services shall be performed after 5:30 PM and before 7:45 AM daily. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site tour which will be posted in the RFQ. This contract is set aside for small business concerns. The contract will tentatively start on 3/1/2008. The NAISC Code is 561720. Small business size standard is $15.million (See Note 1). Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and ORCA prior to award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the interned at "http://www.ccr.gov". Vendors shall also complete their Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at "http://orca.bpn.gov". Failure to register at the CCR website will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about January 23, 2008. No hard copies of the solicitation will be sent out by this office and will be available at the website on "http://ideasec.nbc.gov". Closing date of the solicitation will be on or about February 21, 2008. The exact closing date will be posted in the RFQ.
