Description
The purpose of this Screening Information Request (SIR) is to seek competent and qualified contractors to perform the subject project at the Scottsdale Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) located in Scottsdale, Arizona, the Falcon ATCT located in Mesa, Arizona, Goodyear ATCT located in Goodyear, Arizona, Ontario ATCT located in Ontario, California, the Riverside ATCT located in Riverside, California, the Chino ATCT located in Chino, California, the Brackett ATCT located in La Verne, California, the El Monte ATCT located in El Monte, California, the Palomar ATCT located in Carlsbad, California, the San Diego ATCT located in San Diego, California, the Brown ATCT located in San Diego, California, the Gillespie ATCT located in El Cajon, California, the Montgomery ATCT located in San Diego, California, the Santa Ana ATCT located in Costa Mesa, California, the Fullerton ATCT located in Fullerton, California, and the Palm Springs ATCT located in Palm Springs, California. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project includes, but not limited to: Cab Window SHADE Cleaning Services at the Scottsdale Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) located in Scottsdale, Arizona, the Falcon ATCT located in Mesa, Arizona, Goodyear ATCT located in Goodyear, Arizona, Ontario ATCT located in Ontario, California, the Riverside ATCT located in Riverside, California, the Chino ATCT located in Chino, California, the Brackett ATCT located in La Verne, California, the El Monte ATCT located in El Monte, California, the Palomar ATCT located in Carlsbad, California, the San Diego ATCT located in San Diego, California, the Brown ATCT located in San Diego, California, the Gillespie ATCT located in El Cajon, California, the Montgomery ATCT located in San Diego, California, the Santa Ana ATCT located in Costa Mesa, California, the Fullerton ATCT located in Fullerton, California, and the Palm Springs ATCT located in Palm Springs, California per the ATTACHED Request for Offer (RFO) Package. The estimated dollar value is between $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 (Base + 4 Option Years) REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATION PACKAGE: Offerors must submit their completed RFO by January 31st, 2008. Submit requests to: Federal Aviation Administration, ATTN: Patrick Jacobs, ANM-52, 1601 Lind Avenue S.W., Renton, WA 98057. SITE VISIT (Optional): The FAA urges and expects offerors to inspect the site where the work will be performed. If you desire a site visit, please contact Patrick Jacobs via email at Patrick.Jacobs@faa.gov and further details will be provided. Due to security requirements at the facilities, contractors must submit the name of the company, and all individuals planning to attend to the focals above within 1-2 calendar days prior to the site visit. The FAA may make an award without communications or negotiations; however, communications and/or negotiations may be conducted to determine the best value to the FAA. The FAA also reserves the right to cancel or terminate this RFO/Solicitation at any time before, during, or after the closing date.
