- The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, 7180 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206, is seeking professional services for maintenance and inspections on twenty-seven (27) elevators, two (2) dumbwaiters and one (1) cartlift for Elevator Maintenance and Repair at all three facilities University Drive, Pa 15240; 7180 Highland Drive, PA 15206, and Delafield Road, PA 15215.The RFP # is VA-244-08-RP-0029, and the period of performance is anticipated to begin February 1, 2008 through September 30, 2008 with three (3) one year renewals at the Governments option. All work is to be performed in accordance with VA specifications and ASME/ANSI requirements latest edition. This procurement is unrestricted for both small and large businesses and will include evaluation factors. The NAICS code is 238290 with the small business size standard $13 Million. Solicitations will be available on/about Thursday, January 11, 2008 to interested parties through electronic data interchange at http://www.fedbizopps.gov for downloading free of charge. The offeror is responsible to download all amendments and other documents from this website without further notices from the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System.
