- Description
- Request a self-sustaining US flag or foreign flag vessel to lift approximately 30 pieces totaling 2,912 square feet. The cargo includes wheeled vehicles, break bulk, tricons, and containers. Vessel is required to have enough lashing points and provide all lashing gear. In accordance with the Cargo Preference Act of 1904 and Section IIIA.3 of the Voluntary Intermodal Sealift Agreement (VISA) (see 69 FEDERAL REGISTER 25166-25168, May 5, 2004, or most current reference), preference will be given to U.S. flag vessels and VISA participants.
