- Amendment 0004 is hereby issued to revise the solicitation per the following: (see uploaded SF-30, dated 10/17/07, Pages 1-16 for complete details) 1. Revise the Scope of Work to: a. Place offeror on notice of the recent issuance of award of a contract to perform the demolition of 2 generators and installation of 1 new HTHW Generator and a roll up door. b. Revise Scope to establish and clarify Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) versus Contractor s Maintenance Responsibility. 2. Section 3.1.3 is hereby deleted and replaced by the revised 3.1.3 3. Section C.4 PERSONNEL - Add 4.14.1 and 4.14.2 4. Other section paragraphs revised to reflect changes in scope. 5. Revise Section B by revising the Contract Type (Mixed: FIRM-FIXED-PRICE contract with Cost-reimbursement for Other Direct Cost and LABOR-HOUR for underground piping system emergency and/or unanticipated failure, for a Base and Four Option Years)and adding CLIN 0004, Labor Hour/Cost-Reimbursement Basis - In accordance with the Scope of Work (labor to excavate and repair underground piping system emergency and/or unanticipated failure). 6. The due date/time for receipt of offer remains Nov 13, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. EST (no further extensions will be granted unless determined in the best interest of the government). 7. All other terms and condition remain the same and unchanged. Note: Offerors shall be prepared to present their oral presentations in accordance with the instructions contained within the solicitation, as amended and scheduled as early as Nov 14, 2007. The order and schedule of each offeror s oral presentation will be determined by an official witnessed drawing-of-lots, by the contracting officer. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-MAY-2007).
