- This posting constitutes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to acquire Canadian Flight Information Publications (FLIPs) to Canadian Commercial Corporation in accordance with DFARS 225.870. The required publications are only available from one Canadian firm. The estimated award amount is $177,084.33. The statutory authority for the sole source acquisition is section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. The Government intends to acquire commercial items using FAR Part 13.5. The applicable NAICS code is 511120 and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Numbered Note 22. There is no solicitation available.
