Description: THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED FOR the following purpose. Response time for this Request for Information (Sources Sought) is extended until 10 A.M., Central Standard Time, January 7, 2008. In addition, Responses will be evaluated on the following criterion : Technical Feasibility of the ECSM Proposal, Financial Capabilities, Subcontracting Plan, Past Performance. Criterion is listed in order of importance. Further, all references to the 'Colorado area' are deleted and replaced with 'Texas area.'
