- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for mowing and general operation and maintenance services for Sutton Lake, Sutton, West Virginia. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type contract, co mpetitively negotiated, NTE $1,020,000.00. The contract will be awarded for a base year with four additional one year options. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a technical/price competi tive range as determined by the Contracting Officer and has been evaluated as most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (A) Experience; (B) Past Performance; ( C) Management Plan; (D) Equipment and: (E) Price. Factors A thru C are equal in importance and Factors D and E are less important than A thru C. Award shall be made to the offeror whose proposal provides the best value to the Government. A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 11, 2008, 9:30 a.m., at Sutton Lake, Sutton, West Virginia. For directions, please contact the Project, phone 304-765-2816.
