- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO JENNIFER JACKSON. You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-M, Jennifer Jackson, Contract Specialist, or Jeanie Clark, Contracting Officer, FAX number 2 56-313-8194. No telephone or email requests will be accepted. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, testing equipment and materials to overhaul the Dampener, Flutter, PRID: BG912, Input/Output NSN: 1650-00-113-6354, Input PNs: 2020H-7, 204-010-937-007, SGT520-3, Output Part Numbers: 2020H-7, 204-010-937-007, and SGT520-6 in support of the UH-1H aircraft. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a minimum quantity of 80 each, maximum quantity of 480 each, which includes a quantity of 80 each for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) . Overhaul of these assets shall be accomplished with the specifications in the Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-1520-210 dated 14 May 1994, with all applicable AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs) and Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs). Th is requirement is currently unfunded. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance/overhaul on the required item described above are encouraged to identify the mselves. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date state d above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
