Required delivery with Fir st Article Testing is 155 each, 266 Days after Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 165 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 155 each, 177 DACA. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to Gene ral Electric Company (CAGE CODE 99207) and Hamilton Sundstrand Corp (CAGE CODE 99167) because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not ava ilable for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
