- The Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, 21st Century Technologies, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The contractor shall provide all labor to design, develop, sustain, and enhance new or existing information technology capabilities and initiatives in accordance with the Performance Work Statement at Tinker AFB, OK. The proposed period of performance is anticipated to be 24 DEC 07 through 31 OCT 08. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Availability of Funds, the Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is 21 DEC 07. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.org. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541511 with a size standard $23M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
