Description: The Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) of the Department of Homeland Security currently anticipates a requirement for vehicle identification/tracking systems (VI/TS) and License plate readers. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather technical and engineering information on currently available Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) systems.
