Description

A Pre-Solicitation Industry Conference on non-tactical vehicles, including buses, shuttle buses and medium/heavy trucks is scheduled for Thursday, January 10, 2008. The conference will be from 1300 hours Central European Time to approximately 1500 h ours. The Conference will take place in Wiesbaden, Germany. This conference will address technical requirements, contractual and business-related issues, as well as updates to the general acquisition strategy and the current acquisition schedule. In ord er to promote an informative and successful conference, attendance is by registration. Only those with a confirmed registration by this office will be permitted to attend. Parking and directions will be provided with confirmation. Registration is limite d to no more than two (2) representatives per company. Provide the following written information to Joe Cloft, joe.cloft@eur.army.mil not later than January 3, 2008: (1) name, title/position, email address, company, and phone number of each person who pla ns to attend the conference and (2) any questions/issues you would like to have addressed at the conference. Note the Government is not liable for any expenses incurred by an attendee or eventual offeror in order to attend this conference. DRAFT specifications are posted on the USACCE-W Bidboard at http://www.usacce.army.mil/wcc/VENDOR/BidBoard.htm . All comments and questions shall be submitted in writing via email no later than January 3, 2008.
