- NSN 6220-01-486-3602, Purchase Request IQC07271009059; Export Control Applies. An "export control" technical data package (TDP) exists for this item. Technical Data will only be released to contractors who are authorized/certified by the Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the internet. The internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. Requested delivery schedule is 79 days ARO, FOB Destination, with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination to various locations within the Continental United States. This NSN is a critical application item and it is not commercial. Configuration Control applies. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside on a Full and Open Competition basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 246 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 62 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is December 26, 2007. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
