Notice of Pre-Proposal Conference*****Questions must be submitted in writing in advance of the conference*****The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) will host a DLA Pre-Proposal Conference for Chemical Management Services (CMS) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on January 8 & 9, 2008. The conference will be held at the Metro Technology Center, 1900 Springlake Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73111-5240, both days. This conference will address the implementation of CMS at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma as required by solicitation number SPM4A2-08-R-0002. Day one of the conference will entail discussion of the solicitation requirements to include the Statement of Work as well as an overview of Tinker?s current HAZMAT operations. Day two of the conference will afford tours of the 76th Maintenance Wing and Stratcom Wing One (Navy Tenant) facilities as well as a question/answer session in the afternoon. If you plan on attending this two day conference, please RSVP by Friday, December 21, 2007, 2:00PM EST, by calling the RSVP Hotline at 804-279-6262. RSVPs received late, after December 28, 2007, will not be guaranteed a tour of the Tinker facilities. Upon calling the Hotline, you will be prompted to provide your company name, CAGE code, primary POC, telephone number, and number of attendees (limit 3 per company).
